Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has announced it is further reducing production at its factory in West Sussex.
The luxury carmaker, which employs about 900 workers at the Goodwood site, had already planned 42 non-production days over the next six months.
On Friday, it confirmed there would be an additional 15 non-production days.
The company stressed there would be no job losses, and talks were being held with unions and staff associations over the precise dates.
Last November, it announced it was cutting 40 temporary jobs at Goodwood because of the economic downturn.
On Monday, it is launching its EX200 concept car in Geneva.
The so-called “Baby Rolls” is smaller than the current Phantom family and will be “slightly cheaper”, costing about £200,000.
