China and US help boost Audi sales in October

Growing demand in China and the United States has seen VW’s premium brand Audi grow its new car sales by 5.8% in October.

Audi have revealed that sales in China were up 18.2% in October from a year earlier, while sales in the United States grew by 10.5%.

The German manufacturer said it sees its new A1 subcompact model and the A7 “sportback” boosting sales further and that a record order backlog in Germany, helped by new models as well as the A5 and A6 series, will result in rising sales in coming months.
