The film “Car Men” is scheduled to make its online premiere following the success of its limited-run U.S. theatrical premiere in November.
At a recent press conference, Frank Myers Auto Maxx announced that Celebrity Films will host the free online world premiere of the film “Car Men”. The documentary, which features two North Carolina car dealers, details the touching and occasionally hilarious story of how the Myers men created a car business that’s known all across America for its successful out-of-the-box thinking – not to mention its off-kilter TV commercials, featuring characters such as Uncle Frank and Chainsaw Charlie.
“Car Men” reveals an in-depth look at the Myers men, Frank and Tracy. While Tracy Myers may play outrageous on television to sell cars – this best-selling author, nationally-recognized entrepreneur, and devoted family man is dead serious when it comes to building a business he, his family and his city can be proud of.
“In the car business, Tracy Myers is who everybody wants to be” said auto industry pro Bruce Roffey. “When you watch Car Men, you’ll find out why.”
“The feedback we’ve received for this film has been overwhelmingly positive and I’m honored that Celebrity Films has decided to share it with everyone online,” said Tracy Myers, one of the stars of the film.
The film will have its limited engagement online world premiere beginning Friday March 2, 2012 at 6am and ending Sunday March 4, 2012 at midnight. During the free weekend preview, anyone can watch the film by clicking this link: http://www.thecarmenmovie.com/movie-premier/
As Frank Myers says in the film, his style of car selling may not be to everyone’s taste, but many people think that our American cousins can teach us Brits a thing or two about car retailing and there’s no doubt the business is successful depite the tough economic circumstances. Should make interesting viwing.
